SERO TESTING

Sero Performance is pleased to offer the latest in state of the art testing and bike fitting services.

Sero Performance combines in depth technical knowledge with the unique ability and experience to achieve the absolute best and practical results.
While many testing services rely on canned programs and reports (because it is easier), we review and evaluate every element of raw data to determine your specific points of metabolic change.
Your results will be translated into training zones, and explained to you in terms and language that is simple to understand.

All testing and fitting services can be done at one of our facilities, or at your local bike shop or health club, or at your home.
(testing and fitting at your location is dependent on number of tests/fits scheduled)

Testing Rates:

Basic Endurance Testing- determines heart rate at which fat burning and cardio improvement are most efficient (HRV)- $ 85
   - test description- step test starting at low intensity, and going up to HRV + 20 beats. The person tested will get a recovery zone and a basic endurance/fat burn zone, and calories burned per hour.

Lactate Balance Point (Threshold)- adds high intensity zone to above- $ 145
   - test description- step test starting at low intensity, and going up to near max effort (hard race pace), than dropping to an effort approx. 40 beats below HR at hard effort, and repeating steps until acheiving LBP (Threshold).

Full VO2 testing- adds transition from fat burn to sugar burn, additional high intensity zone, full pulmonary and cardio evaluation, VO2 max, pre, during and post exercise nutrition guide by intensity- $ 195
   - test description- same as LBP, except you will be a hooked up to a metabolic analyzer.
